The building encompassed 52,811 square feet of industrial space with 20-foot ceilings, 800-amp power, five drive-in bays including an interior loading dock, and 4,500 square feet of second-floor office space.
The property was sold to WMG Rockville Owner LLC, an affiliate of Basis Industrial — a Florida-based firm specializing in self-storage and industrial real estate. The $5.5 million transaction was co-brokered by Douglas M. Eberling of DME REAL ESTATE SERVICES LLC (Oceanside, NY) and Edward Fitzsimons of Edward Fitzsimons Real Estate Services LLC (Rockville Centre, NY), with both sides of the deal represented between the two brokerages.
